Tectonic Design + Build was founded on a desire to change how homes get built in Boulder — and how the people building them experience their work.

We put design and construction under one roof. One team, one process, one standard of accountability from first conversation to final walkthrough. No finger-pointing between architects and builders. No communication gaps for clients to fill. The people designing the home and the people building it share an office, share a timeline, and share ownership of the outcome.

That model only works if every person on the team operates on a top level of integrity and craftsmanship. We hire people who think ahead, own problems, and hold themselves to a high standard.
