Sales Manager
As Tectonic’s Sales Manager, you’ll turn great relationships into great projects. You’ll guide prospective clients through a thoughtful, high-touch sales experience, own the pipeline, and proactively create new opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. This is a role for someone who doesn’t wait for great opportunities to show up—they go out and create them.
Superintendent
We are seeking a relentless, proactive "Field Commander" to oversee the daily execution of our jobsites. The ideal candidate will take absolute "Extreme Ownership" over the project’s physical reality, commanding the daily schedule, enforcing our rigorous quality standards, and guaranteeing absolute site safety and cleanliness.
