Boulder Home Renovation

#ElderHouse

The Design

Aligning with the original architecture, our team focused on curating a Mid Century Modern look for this 1955 Boulder home.

Chrome and black accents complimented the sleek walnut cabinetry, while handcrafted tile and Taj Mahl honed countertops contributed to the earthy, tonal ambience.

Care was taken throughout the design process to accommodate for our client's lifestyle and taste, delivering a rich transformation.

The Build

Reconfiguring the layout for the kitchen, laundry, mini-mudroom, bathroom, and secondary bedrooms allowed this home to become more functional and airy.

Custom walnut dining table, floating bench, and shelving were utilized throughout key areas to tie back to the walnut millwork. New windows and doors brought in more natural light, while allowing for an upgrade in efficiencies.

Considerations of sustainable practices and materials were used throughout to align with our client and our values.
